1. Register your interest Fill in the form and we'll be in touch.

2. We'll talk through how it works We'll explain what's involved, what data we need, and answer any questions. No pressure.

3. You'll go through your usual process Procurement, data sharing agreement, contract—whatever your organisation needs. We've done this with 18 housing associations already, so we know the drill.

4. We run your data against the benchmark Once we have your data, you'll have your report within 30 days. We'll walk you through it and run a workshop with your team.

What data do I need to provide?

We'll discuss this when we speak. Generally, we work with your existing TSM survey data, the comments, not just the scores.

 

How long does the process take?

Once we have your data, you'll have your report within 30 days.

Is my data kept confidential?

Yes. Your individual data is never shared. The benchmark is aggregated, your results are compared against the sector, but your data stays yours.

What's the "participating tier"?

If you contribute your anonymised data to future benchmarks, you get a discounted rate (£4,900 vs £9,600). More data makes the benchmark stronger for everyone.
