Pricing itself is a function of how much data you send us and how bespoke you need your dashboards to be.

The majority of our customers are happily training themes, analysing data and reporting back themselves. We also offer a managed service and can do any part of this under your guidance temporarily or longer term.

We're with you from the start. Whether you're uploading CSVs or connecting via API, you'll have full technical support to get everything working throughout the setup process.

Platform Training for your Core Insights Team
Live or remote, your team gets three training sessions covering everything from theme training to dashboard navigation. We make sure you're confident using the platform before you start showing the results to the wider team.

Ongoing Support from a Named Customer Success Manager

Power BI dashboards designed for your industry and built by Wordnerds. Start exploring insights straight away without having to configure anything. If you're new to Power BI, you can view them in a browser like any other dashboard, if you're a Power BI super-user (or someone on your team is) you can take our pbix file and build on top of it.

Common Questions

What's the difference between Starter, Pro, and Enterprise?

It comes down to data volume and customisation. Starter is for teams analysing up to 25,000 feedback items a year — typically single-channel programmes like surveys. Pro handles up to 150,000 items and includes two bespoke dashboard pages. Enterprise is for large-scale programmes with unlimited data, fully bespoke dashboards, and long-form response analysis (CRM, email, call transcripts).

What happens if we exceed our data limit?

We'll have a conversation. If you're consistently exceeding your limit, we'll discuss moving to the next tier. We're not going to cut you off mid-analysis — we'll work it out together.

How does the training work?

Three sessions, live or remote, covering everything your team needs to use the platform confidently. We tailor them to your use cases — theme training, dashboard navigation, report building, whatever's most relevant to you.

How is this different from the POC?

The POC is a one-off project to show you what's possible. Subscription is ongoing access for your team to train themes, explore data, and build reports themselves. If you've done a POC, your platform is already set up — subscription just gives you and your team ongoing access to keep using it.

What does the Customer Success Manager actually do?

Your CSM is your dedicated contact who knows your business and your goals. Regular check-ins to make sure you're getting value, help when you need it, and someone who'll proactively flag opportunities to get more from the platform. Not just a helpdesk — a partner.

Can we upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. If your needs change, we can adjust your plan. Growing fast and need more data capacity? We'll move you up. Scaling back? We'll have a conversation about what makes sense.

What if we need help building reports?

If you want ongoing report support, that's what our managed services are for. Full platform access plus our Insights & Innovation team handles some or all of your reporting.

We're not sure we have the resource to use this ourselves.
